Yesterday we took our bikes to the Springdale square and then started riding North. We had never been that way and the ride was beautiful! 3 miles north of the square we ran into the Springdale Lake and stopped for a picnic lunch. A fun and beautiful day to enjoy outside!
Last night Emelyn, Isaiah and I went to see a local school's 5th grade class performance of "Cinderella." Emelyn found it magical. Isaiah sat down, saw the background and said "remind me not to say yes next time..." haha! It was a cute show!
Emelyn had a field trip today to a one room school house where she attended school as a student from 1905. She made her own water cup, rang a bell, ate outside, used an outhouse, used a chalk board and even tied for first place for a spelling bee. Ruth was home sick so I had to cancel at the last minute, but the other class moms sent me lots of pictures!
